Mr. Chaequan Anderson is a choral conductor and music educator based in Princeton, New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Kodály Certification Levels I & II from Westminster Choir College and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Mr. Anderson has varied choral experience directing school, community youth and children, and professional choirs. As a teacher and conductor, Mr. Anderson has held positions with organizations such as the Trenton Children’s Chorus, the Princeton Girlchoir, Princeton Boychoir, and the Westminster Conservatory Honors Music Program. He has conducted honor and festival choirs in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maine, Massachusetts, and North Dakota.
In addition to his work in education, Mr. Anderson is also the Founding Artistic Director of Glassbrook Vocal Ensemble, a professional choir based in Ewing, NJ. Mr. Anderson also serves as the Inclusivity Chair for the State Board of New Jersey ACDA.
