Girlchoir Uniforms
Uniforms are mandatory for concert and other professional performances. Black shoes and tights are universal, but each choir has their own uniform. Please order directly from the appropriate vendor at least 4 weeks ahead of the first performance of the season.
Formal Uniform – ALL CHOIRS
In addition to your formal concert attire below, all singers should wear the following with their formal uniform:
- Black tights/stockings to be worn under dresses/skirts/pants.
- Black flats should be matte, plain and not include any accessories.
- Please do not wear any jewelry other than a simple stud earring or PGC provided pearls. Kindly remove watches, bracelets, necklaces, etc.
- If you wear hair accessories, please ensure they are minimal and the same color as your hair.
Grace Notes, Quarter Notes & Eighth Notes
You may choose the skirt OR the pants to go with the blouse. Please order the following directly from the vendor:

For PGC ENSEMBLE & CANTORES: Your uniform includes Pearls given to you by WMA, worn as a necklace or broach.
Informal Uniform
All Princeton Girlchoir (PGC) members should wear their PGC T-shirt, jeans, and plain white sneaker. New singers will receive a free PGC T-shirt upon entry, but replacement shirts will need to be purchased. Same rules for hair and jewelry apply.
